The Newburyport Kitchen Tour & Taste of the Port is organized by the Newburyport PTO, which was formed in the fall of 2007 and includes students in grades pre-K through 8th grade. The goal of the PTO is to create a sense of community between our schools in which parents, teachers and administrators can come together to support and enhance our children’s education.
All of the profits from the Kitchen Tour directly benefit the PTO-sponsored activities such as the science fair, science enrichment assemblies, transportation for field trips, historical education efforts, artistic performances, and other cultural awareness initiatives. On behalf of the Newburyport PTO, we truly appreciate each and every person that participates in any of our events that help us support our schools.
